Sandy Belmontez's passion for impacting lives and breaking unhealthy generational cycles led her to co-found 1%ER Athletics in 2021. Their mission was to create the best gym in the area, and they grew from 42 members and $8,000 to 120 members and $40,000 in revenue within eight months.
