Maggie Owen

Joined Gym Launch in 2019. Like her husband Cale, she too brought a unique perspective to the organization as a gym owner and competitive athlete. Maggie ran operations at their gym, The Exchange Fitness, from 2015 - 2018, where, after joining Gym, Launch scaled the gym from $3,000 to $45,000 a month, 31 members to 250, and 1 part-time employee to 8 full-time team members within seven months. After successfully selling the gym, Maggie joined Prestige Labs in 2019 as the Director of Customer Support and quickly moved up in the organization. Within 12 months, she moved into the Director of Operations role for A.L.A.N, Gym Launch, and Prestige Labs, all 8-figure businesses. She was part of a successful SaaS exit with ALAN and supported the acquisition of Gym Launch and Prestige Labs in late 2021. In January 2022, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Gym Launch and Prestige Labs. She resides in St. Augustine, FL, with the love of her life and two exceptional children.
