Greg Siewers’ fitness career stemmed from his streak as a professional paintball player. After becoming a professional player at age 16, he went on a 16 year run as a professional athlete playing tournaments over 6 continents and making the sport his full-time job for 8 of those years before retiring from the sport at the end of 2021 to pursue his gym business to its entirety. In those years, he was able to become a top-ranked player worldwide, winning multiple world championships with Team USA. His personal training career went through every ebb and flow along the way. Starting in the big box gyms working 60+ hour weeks with nothing to show, but a track of experience, he broke away to start MAP Training in 2013. Since his start as a mobile trainer hauling around his gear in the back of a Mazda hatchback, MAP went through 4 iterations of garage gyms, a fully online training era and 2 contracted gym positions before finally opening their first brick-and-mortar gym in July of 2020.
