Flex Lewis

Flex Lewis, undefeated 7x 212lb Mr.Olympia Champion, Owner of The Dragons Lair Gym and Co-Owner of Arsenal Strength Gym Equipment started with humble beginnings. Originally from Wales, Flex made his way over to the US at the age of 20. Flex started his love for fitness and weight training by playing the sport of Rugby at a very high level, he also ran track and field for his country in the hurdles. Due to a accident that nearly caused t loss of his arm, he faced a long recovery, which his rehab involved weights, that turned into a passion, and a competition in powerlifting and ultimately finding his true passion within bodybuilding. Flex came to the US knowing one person and his dream to be the best bodybuilder in the world. In order to achieve his dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder he created a private gym in Boca Raton FL. Over the years he witnessed the desire, fans and fellow athletes had for his gym. The private gym allowed Flex to become the reigning undefeated 7 time champion and it was only fitting that the next way to scale the business was to open a public gym. A few years later Flex and his wife opened The Dragons Lair Gym in Las Vegas. Throughout the years Flex accomplished his goal of creating a legacy on stage and is now focused on doing the same off stage.
